Bryan Lee
Bryan Lee, CFP®, MBA, founded Strategic Financial Planning Inc. to provide fee-only financial planning and wealth management to individuals and families including physicians and small business owners. In addition to being a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) practitioner, he is a registered financial advisor of the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA) network. He has been named to D Magazine’s list of Best Financial Planners in Dallas every year running.
Bryan holds an undergraduate degree in Investments and an MBA in International Finance from the University of North Texas in Denton. He began his financial career in 1993 with Fidelity Investments. He also has training through the Sudden Money® Institute for advising individuals on managing sudden wealth.
He is on the editorial review board of the Journal of Financial Planning, a volunteer and past president of CITY House, a non-profit providing shelter and counseling to abused/neglected children, as well as a Junior Achievement volunteer teacher. He has also served as President and then Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Dallas/Ft. Worth Chapter of the Financial Planning Association and taught continuing education courses at several local universities and colleges on personal finance.
Bryan is frequently interviewed and has appeared in local and national magazines, newspapers and journals including The Wall Street Journal, Investors Business Daily, CNNfn, USA Today, Smart Money, Kiplingers, Financial Planning Magazine, The Dallas Morning News and Channel 8 news.

Dan Serra
Dan Serra, CFP®, MS, CDFA, ADPA, counsels clients in addition to focusing on developing, implementing and monitoring financial plans.
Dan completed the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) Professional Education Program at the College for Financial Planning in Denver, where he also completed his Masters Degree in Personal Financial Planning. Dan’s Bachelors is from the University of South Florida in Tampa.
Dan also holds two addition certifications. As a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA info), Dan helps couples seeking divorce create and evaluate settlement proposals to determine short- and long-term financial implications to create peace of mind. As an Accredited Domestic Partnership Advisor (ADPA info), Dan helps unmarried heterosexual, gay and lesbian couples develop financial strategies that are different from planning for legally married spouses.
Before joining SFP in 2008, Dan was an advisor for a private investment manager in Colorado Springs, Colo. Dan followed his passion into a full-time career as a financial planner after spending more than 15 years as a business/finance journalist with daily newspapers in Florida, Texas and Colorado. He continues to write a national syndicated personal finance column for the McClatchy-Tribune News Service. In addition, as a financial planner he has appeared in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, USA TODAY, SmartMoney magazine and Investment News.
He and his wife, Heather, devote most of their free time to educating and entertaining their inquisitive red-headed toddlers. In addition to family activities, they enjoy outdoor recreation, sports, cultural activities, gardening and being involved with community programs.
